You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, and providing top-notch customer service in a lively atmosphere. Position: Food and Beverage Assistant No. of positions: 1 Location: London Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests Set up of all front of house food areas prior to service periods, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and accessible to the guests Serve food to the customers ensuring a fast and courteous guest service Ensuring all health and hygiene standards are followed Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Manager / Head Chef Collect feedback from the guest and reporting any complaints or issues.
