Senior SAP Project Manager in Slough

As our SAP practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to help lead and deliver complex S/4HANA transformation programmes for our clients.

Based in either our Slough or Aberdeen office, this is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams across the UK and internationally.

This isn't a role focused on maintaining plans and reporting status.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing outcomes, and being accountable for successful delivery from initiation through to go-live and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programmes and large-scale transformation initiatives




• Managing complex, multi-workstream project environments across onshore and offshore teams




• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, executive stakeholders, and steering committees




• Owning programme governance, budget management, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial performance




• Driving successful execution across testing, data migration, training, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities




• Proactively identifying, managing, and resolving programme risks and delivery challenges




• Supporting business development activities, proposal creation, and solution shaping




• Contributing to delivery excellence through continuous improvement, governance enhancement, and mentoring colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering SAP programmes, ideally within S/4HANA environments




• Strong track record leading full lifecycle SAP implementations




• Confidence managing senior stakeholders and complex programme landscapes




• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, scope, and project finances




• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams




• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
