Overview The Head of SAP AMS is a senior leadership role responsible for strategically leading AG’s entire SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) practice for onshore operations. This role ensures efficient delivery, optimized resource utilisation, operational governance and strong commercial control across all AMS engagements. You will act as the strategic custodian of service excellence, ensuring AG delivers high-quality, scalable, and predictable AMS services in line with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations. This role requires a blend of SAP service delivery leadership, AMS operational expertise, commercial acumen, customer success management, people management, and continuous improvement mindset.
