Our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team plays a central role in steering these brands for long-term value creation.
This role reports into the Head of Revenue Growth Management and Value Strategy and sits at the heart of how we think about price, pack and profit. You’ll help shape how our products show up on shelf, influence commercial decision-making and ensure every penny we earn delivers value across the business.
What we’re looking for:
- We are looking for a commercially astute Revenue Growth Manager to lead our pricing and pack architecture strategies.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insight-led, value-driven solutions that align with consumer expectations and business ambition.
- You will play a key role in:
- Building and executing pricing strategies that optimise value, margin and market competitiveness.
- Defining and managing our price ladders, RRSPs and channel pack strategies across retail and out-of-home.
- Leading RGM input into innovation, defining commercial frameworks for new products.
- Providing recommendations in response to changing market conditions, legislation or customer dynamics.
- Embedding structured, data-led RGM thinking across key commercial decision-making forums.
What you’ll bring:
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experienced in FMCG, ideally within Revenue Growth or Commercial Strategy.
- Proficient in using shopper insight, scan data and analytics tools to shape commercial recommendations.
- A confident communicator, comfortable influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Outcome-focused, able to translate complex insight into actionable recommendations.
- Familiar with P&L levers and how they impact profitability across the value chain.
