What we’re looking for…

This entry-level position supports the Supply Chain Planning team in managing relationships with third-party manufacturers and ensuring efficient production and inventory management.

The Junior Supply Chain Planning Assistant will assist in various tasks, providing a foundation for growth and development in supply chain planning within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This role contributes to delivering excellent service to customers by supporting the planning of production, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of supply planning records and reports.
  • Support the preparation of rough-cut capacity plans, gathering data and assisting with analysis.
  • Help with inventory management tasks, including tracking levels and assisting with stock movements.
  • Support the Supply Planning Clinics by preparing materials and taking notes.
  • Assist in communication with third-party manufacturers, relaying information and coordinating requests.
  • Learn and utilise JDE system for data management and planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the Third Party Planning team.
  • Assist in reviewing and documenting supply planning processes.
  • Contribute to projects related to third-party manufacturers, as assigned.
  • Support the team in achieving Supply Planning KPIs.
