What we’re looking for… AG Barr is looking for an LBDM who will be responsible for delivering business growth across all defined outlet types within a designated geographical area. The LBDM will form part of the overall customer team looking after customers in our Wholesale sector covering Bestway, Booker, Dhamecha and Parfetts.
Your responsibilities will include… As a Local Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Sales KPI delivery – including but not exclusive to; customer count growth, display, availability, and management of a local budget.
- Selling the brand plans at a local level, ensuring the marketing message is relayed and the KPIs are achieved.
- The development of relationships that build long-term benefits.
- Communication internally of activity and intelligence of relevant customer and competitor plans.
- Participating in targeted activity drives behind either ATL activities, regional opportunities, or strategic opportunities.
- Work with peers and senior colleagues to help build knowledge through one-to-one in-store and/or team meetings.
What you’ll bring… The successful candidate will have:
- Ideally been educated to a degree standard or 1-2 years experience in Field Sales.
- Some experience in the out-of-home sector would be advantageous.
- Full driving licence.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and good personal leadership.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
