The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a vital role in our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for loading retail vehicles, unloading trunkers, and ensuring our stock moves accurately and safely through the warehouse.
What You’ll Do:
- Vehicle Logistics: Efficiently unload trunkers using a Forklift Truck (FLT).
- Order Fulfillment: Accurate order picking and stock checking to ensure our customers get what they need.
- Safety & Care: Maintaining high hygiene standards and adhering to all safe working practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
What You’ll Bring:
- Technical Skills: A current, valid FLT license is mandatory and you will be comfortable using computer systems (WMS experience is a plus).
- A Safety-First Mindset: A solid understanding of Health & Safety (IOSH standard is preferred, but not essential).
- Great Communication: You’re a team player who is comfortable talking to colleagues and has a good eye for detail and numbers.
- Proactive Energy: An interest in problem-solving and helping us find better ways to work.
- Reliability: Flexibility to work varying start/finish times and overtime as needed to meet business demands.
