What we’re looking for… As our Site Capacity Planning Manager, you will play a key role, ensuring supply plans translate effectively into production delivery. You will help keep operations running smoothly by balancing demand, materials availability, production priorities, and stock deployment, while working closely with planning, site, and cross-functional teams to support business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the 13-week rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP) to align production requirements with resource, equipment, and operational constraints.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular 1:1s focused on performance objectives and career growth.
  • Partner with materials planning and site operations to ensure full availability of key packaging materials (cans, preforms, glass, and raw ingredients).
  • Oversee short-term (fixed 2-week) production schedules, guiding the team to execute operational plans efficiently.
  • Manage product lifecycle planning across NPD/EPD initiatives while contributing to broader site optimisation projects.
  • Deliver site Supply Planning KPIs, collaborating with central deployment and cross-functional teams to maximise OTIF performance and cost efficiency.

What you’ll bring...

  • Established manager-level experience in a similar supply chain planning role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP, DRP, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory strategies, stock deployment techniques, and core supply chain principles.
  • Experience working with S&OP cycles, including managing the supply element of the S&OP process.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month.
  • Previous people management experience in small or larger teams is a plus.
