Your responsibilities will include…

  • Root Cause Resolution: Move beyond "quick fixes" to implement "100-year fixes," coaching shop floor teams in situational problem-solving.
  • Empowering Teams: Support and coach teams to ensure action plans and roadmaps are delivered on time and with full ownership.
  • Building Capability: Deliver high-impact training across all levels, from Technical Operators to Production Managers, ensuring CI tools are understood and utilised.
  • Tiered Accountability: Foster a culture of ownership by facilitating everything from Short Interval Control to Daily Operations Reviews.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Use site data to identify performance gaps and prioritize the most impactful improvement opportunities.
  • Standardization: Partner with Technical Training Facilitators to validate SOPs, ensuring every improvement is documented and locked in.

What you’ll bring...

  • Proven CI Experience: A solid track record of facilitating continuous improvement tools and methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
  • Influential Communication: The "gravitas" to engage effectively at all levels, from the factory floor to senior management.
  • Project Leadership: Experience acting as a "completer-finisher," taking complex projects from initial ambiguity to sustainable completion.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret data accurately to drive decisions and spot discrepancies with ease.
  • Coaching Prowess: A passion for people development and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.

And it would also be great if you can demonstrate:

  • Experience with using a continuous improvement framework (i.e. TRACC) or similar digital CI maturity frameworks.
  • Creative Problem Solving: A history of building frameworks and standards where none previously existed.
