About the Role

AG Barr is a leading beverage company of 850 employees with a proud heritage of more than 150 years. The Regional Business Development Manager will drive new and existing distribution of AG Barr products across key regional accounts in the South West.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth
  • Handle administrative duties, internal communications and account reviews.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in FMCG or strategic sales, preferably key account management.
  • Direct experience within the UK On‑Trade drinks industry (spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets with a focus on new business.
  • Excellent IT skills – Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ability to learn new packages such as Cognos, IRI/Kantar, DeMantra.
  • Comfortable working with sales data and managing a budget.
  • Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
