We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Account Executive to manage and expand our relationships with key regional clients in the vending sector. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and represent our company at the highest level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a National Account Executive your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives, maximize profitability, and strengthen relationships with key regional vending accounts.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Sales Negotiation & Closure: Lead the negotiation process, develop compelling proposals, and effectively close complex sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, account performance reports, and market insights to senior management, utilizing CRM tools and other relevant technologies.
- Customer Focus: Proactively address customer needs, resolve any challenges, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What you’ll bring:
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Excellent IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Able to learn new packages (Looker, IRI/Kantar, Demantra)
- High Level of Numeracy and good attention to detail
- Highly Organised
- Good communicator (especially remotely)
- An understanding of selling techniques.
