What we’re looking for...
A highly motivated and talented Digital & E-commerce Exec within our Digital Marketing team. As the Digital & E-commerce Exec you will be responsible for all aspects of executing digital strategies to enhance brand presence and grow DTC sales for AGB brands, with a focus on our website execution and path to purchase or engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure the websites and CRM deliver an exceptional user experience and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Your responsibilities will include...
- Development and implementation of the website, e-comm and CRM strategy
- Own website management and maintenance from both content and technical requirements, ensuring they are accurate and in line with brand plans & positioning whilst optimising technically, including SEO, AEO and UX.
- Maintain Shopify brand websites performance and deliver learnings to drive continuous improvement initiatives to collect 1P data
- Support the Klaviyo CRM systems, including data management, segmentation, and targeted campaigns
- Analyse and report on website and CRM performance, providing actionable insights
- Support internal teams and work with agencies to develop and implement the digital roadmap, capturing all e-commerce touchpoints on assigned brands.
- Implement & maximise strategies to increase conversion, CTR and D2C revenues dependent on brand strategy.
- Working with agencies to develop and implement eCRM (campaign and automated flows) and SEO/Paid Search campaigns to propel growth for both new and returning customers.
- Manage relationships with fulfillment partners to ensure consumer satisfaction, reporting and stock management.
- Identify, share and champion digital trends and opportunities - being a digital champion within the business and driving best in class execution.
- Support on budget management through accurate cost forecasting and PO support.
What you’ll bring...
- Proven experience managing multiple websites content and CRM systems, with experience in SEO, AEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media and proven experience in managing multiple websites and CRM campaigns.
- Experience in the creation of email content plans and campaign execution
- Understanding of data protection principles
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms
- Experience with data analysis and segmentation
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Experience in managing agencies to ensure deliverables and projects are on time to a high standard.
