What we’re looking for… As Head of Engineering , you will lead site engineering strategy, drive best-in-class high-speed manufacturing performance, and pioneer continuous improvement across our production operations! Reporting directly to the Site Director and serving as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will partner closely with Production to maximise line efficiencies, optimise planned maintenance, and deliver high-impact capital projects.
