What we’re looking for…
We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Product Programme & Process to join our team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving core commercial processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the business.
You will own the development and implementation of our project management framework, accelerating speed-to-market for our products. Your work will ensure disciplined decision-making, efficient resource utilisation, and clear governance and escalation pathways for all key projects and initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative role where you\’ll work closely with key stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams. You will be instrumental in embedding best-in-class processes, tools, and templates, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting the successful delivery of our commercial priorities.
Your responsibilities will include…
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Leadership: Lead the design and optimisation of our end-to-end operational processes to support new product development and key business initiatives.
- Project & Programme Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, manage project plans, budgets, and resources, and lead a small team to ensure successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the business (including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain) and with external partners to secure alignment and drive initiatives forward.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data and insights to refine our project management framework, and provide training and coaching to upskill colleagues.
- Governance & Reporting: Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear, regular reporting to senior leadership on project status, progress, and key decision points.
What you’ll bring…
- 5+ years’ experience in process excellence, project/program management, or commercial operations, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods industries
- Demonstrated experience implementing project management and structured governance frameworks
- Developed knowledge of commercial processes (marketing spend, sales planning, procurement, supply and logistics management)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and facilitation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution.
- Established leadership in change management and governance implementation.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG/consumer goods value chains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
