  • agementAlong with the Goods In Team Leader, lead motivate and develop their team, to ensure planned output requirement and quality standards are met whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are fo
  • llowed.Supporting the Goods In Team Leader to review team performance (1:1s, performance reviews) to identify areas for improvement and devel
  • opment.Be able to coach your colleagues and manage them to achieve their pot
  • ential.Support with absence return to work interviews and holiday planning (inc updating holiday tracker and crewing s

  • quired.Ensure regular communication and briefings to provide the team with the relevant information to carry out their shift to maximum

  • plans.Manage the team against the SWP’s and Processes, ensuring that they are met or exceeded at all
