Additionally,therolewillsupportthePeopleOperationsandRewardManager,playinganimportantpartinrewardanalysis,frameworkdevelopmentandmaintenanceandsupportingexecutiveremunerationbenchmarkinganddatapreparation.Youwillprovideinput,analysis,andadviceonallaspectsofreward,includingsalarybenchmarking,rolesizing/jobevaluation,jobfamilies,benefitpackages,andrecognitionprograms.

- PBIK&Compliance:Leadorganisationalreadinessformandatorypayrollingbenefitsinkind(PBIK),coordinatingbenefitdata,payrollprocesses,providerrequirements,controlsandyear-endcompliance
- RewardAnalysis:Useresearch,surveys,andmarketdatatoassessthecompany'scompetitiverewardpositionandgeneratereportsoncompensationcosts,workforcedemographics,andrewardprogrameffectiveness.
