Your mission: As a Business Development Representative, your mission is to increase product distribution and visibility, particularly focusing on our expanding energy drink portfolio. You'll build strong relationships with retailers, ensuring they stock key products and execute impactful in-store displays and promotions. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and improving store performance within your assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Proactively drive distribution of core brands and new product launches
  • Maximise brand visibility through strategic point-of-sale placement and in-store activations
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers
  • Deliver on sales KPIs, including market share growth and scorecard improvement
  • Provide product knowledge and merchandising support to retailers
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
