You're the person who turns potential into real change inside financial advice firms. You'll work with firms of all sizes, from first trial through to real, embedded usage. Not just logging in, but changing how they work. You'll help financial advisers get their afternoons back. Then turn them into advocates who tell everyone else why it matters.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the customer journey end-to-end
- From trial through onboarding to long-term advocacy, you'll guide firms from first use to full adoption and beyond
- Turn interest into behaviour change
- Help advisers move from curiosity to daily use
- Spot friction early and remove it
