What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for preparing customer components ahead of the coating process, including cleaning, masking, grit blasting, and surface profiling.
- You will inspect prepared surfaces, complete job cards and quality records, and flag any non-conformances before a component moves to the coating line.
- It is hands-on, precise, and important work.
What we are looking for:
- You do not need a background in coatings or surface preparation specifically, although it is a bonus if you have one.
- What matters more is that you:
- Take pride in doing a job properly and to specification.
- Are comfortable in a physical, hands-on production environment.
- Have the attention to detail to follow written procedures and spot when something is not right.
- Are reliable, self-motivated, and a genuine team player.
