Role Description
The Regional Manager for Scotland will oversee operations from Inverness to the central belt of Scotland. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operational performance, ensuring service quality, and driving business growth in the region. This full-time role is hybrid, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time, while being based in Cumbernauld. The Regional Manager will lead a team, ensure compliance with operational policies, deliver process improvement projects and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
