You will contribute to a highly motivated team of consultants who work on challenging national and international projects, developing in-depth analysis on strategic and operational topics related to Forestry and Biomass markets. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise across forestry, natural resources and agriculture, including undertaking market research, investigating complex topics, and analysing public and private databases. We undertake a lot of complex analyses, so we are looking for someone with an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Creating meaningful presentations and reports is a core part of your work. You will regularly present your findings to national and international clients in meetings and workshops. Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork; within projects, offices, and internationally, it is essential to work well with others within a project team and wider office environment.
Qualifications
- You have a very good academic degree in Forestry, Agriculture or Natural Resource Management; early-career professionals from other fields with a strong passion for the global forestry and biomass industry are also highly welcome.
- Ideally you already gained a solid understanding of forest ecosystems and forestry industry value chains.
- You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy tackling complex challenges and solving problems.
- You have the ability to pay attention to detail and draw structured conclusions based on data, expertly leveraging MS Office applications; additional programming skills are welcome.
