Based at an office close to the Houses of Parliament, we provide M&A and strategic advice to clients who are active in pulp, paper and packaging and the energy & infrastructure sectors. The Company is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
We attract clients from all over the world due to our sector expertise, transaction experience and hands-on senior leadership from origination through to successful execution.
Role Description
We are looking for experienced and highly motivated M&A professionals who meet exceptional standards for modelling and analytical skills, project management and the ability to work with and lead a team. While much of our business is done in English, other languages are always useful.
