With 40+ restaurant partners across six locations, and a clear growth plan, we’re now bringing on a marketing co-founder to build the brand and accelerate traction.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a marketing co-founder, not a marketing lead. You’ll be shaping the brand, the voice, and the customer engine from scratch.
You should bring:
- 10+ years in senior marketing roles (B2C, foodtech, or culturally-driven brands preferred)
- Experience building early-stage startups is useful, but not essential
- Strong background across brand, digital performance, partnerships, and product marketing
- A track record of creating clear, confident messaging that cuts through noise
- Comfortable doing both strategic work and hands‑on execution
- Familiar with equity‑first roles (deferred salary until funding or revenue)
- Ideally UK‑based or available during UK business hours
What You’ll Do
- Lead our go‑to‑market plan, positioning, launch, and growth strategy
- Develop and run content, community, and partnership marketing
- Shape the Afrilish brand voice, tone, and identity
- Build funnels to drive app downloads and restaurant signups
- Co‑create pitch decks and investor materials
- Collaborate directly with the founder and product team
