Role Description

This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Parent Coach, based in Leeds with some work-from-home opportunities. The Parent Coach will provide guidance and support to parents, helping them foster positive emotional and racial identity development in their children. Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and facilitating parent support group meetings
  • Developing resources and workshops
  • Engaging with parents to address their needs
  • Working collaboratively with Afrikindness programs and schools

Qualifications
