What are we looking for?

  • Professional training or substantial experience in wellbeing, self-care, coaching, or holistic health (e.g. counselling, coaching, yoga, mindfulness, occupational therapy, peer support)
  • Understanding of burnout, compassion fatigue, and sustainable helping
  • Passionate about accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive wellbeing practices
  • Warm, non-judgmental, and encouraging
  • Comfortable delivering workshops or creating resources
  • Commitment to modeling self-care and boundaries

What will you be doing?

  • Advise on self-care strategies, wellbeing practices, and burnout prevention for volunteers and parents
