What are we looking for?
- Essential Senior fundraising or partnerships experience (Head of Fundraising, Partnerships Director, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of securing five- or six-figure grants or partnerships
- Strong knowledge of trust and foundation fundraising
- Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies
- Corporate partnership development and relationship management skills
- Excellent written communication and proposal writing
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passionate about community development and social impact
- Networked and confident in building relationships with funders and corporates
Desirable
- Charity or nonprofit sector fundraising experience
- Knowledge of Bradford/Leeds business communities or regional funders
- Major donor or high-value individual giving experience
- Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIoF) membership or accreditation
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Donorfy, Raiser's Edge)
- Event fundraising or community engagement experience
