What's the role?

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of BAD BIRD.

You'll welcome guests, take orders and make sure every customer leaves with a smile (and the right order!).

You'll work closely with the kitchen to keep everything moving during busy services and help create an atmosphere people actually want to come back to.

What will I do?

  • Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and confidently.
  • Help guests choose meals, sides and drinks from the menu.
  • Prepare drinks and package takeaway and delivery orders.
  • Check every order before it leaves the counter.
  • Keep service quick without compromising quality.
  • Work with the kitchen team to make sure food is served fresh and on time.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service throughout the day.
  • Refill sauces, drinks, packaging and front counter supplies.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve simple issues professionally.
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
  • Support your teammates wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.
  • Bring positive energy to every shift and help create a great atmosphere for both guests and the team.
