What's the role?
As a
Back of House Team Member , you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing and cooking the food that keeps our guests coming back for more.
From coating chicken to building burgers and loading up fries, you'll help deliver every order to the highest standard while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
What will I do?
- Prepare and cook all menu items to BAD BIRD's quality standards.
- Bread, season and fry chicken following our recipes and cooking procedures.
- Assemble burgers, wraps, loaded fries and meal boxes accurately.
- Make sure every order leaves the kitchen fresh, hot and looking its best.
- Work across different kitchen stations during service.
- Prepare ingredients and complete food prep before each shift.
- Keep your workstation clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Work closely with the Front of House team to keep service running smoothly.
- Help receive and store deliveries when needed.
- Follow food hygiene, allergen, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
- Support your teammates during busy periods and jump in wherever needed.
- Bring positive energy to every shift and help create a kitchen culture everyone enjoys being part of.
