What’s the role? As a Supervisor you’ll support the management team, lead shifts and help make every guest experience vibey and unforgettable. You’ll guide the team, keep operations running smoothly while developing your leadership skills.
What will I do?
- Support the General Manager with daily operations and shift planning
- Lead the team during service, keeping vibes and the energy high and service smooth
- Make sure food and drink as well as service standards are met at every guest interaction
- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure satisfaction
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Keep all areas safe, clean and organised
- Lead by example, creating a positive, inclusive and fun environment
