We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring structure to ideas and energy to execution. Someone who is as comfortable building a marketing calendar as they are being on the ground supporting a campaign launch. This role sits at the centre of brand, operations and commercial performance.
The Role
You will lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity across all three brands. From national campaigns to local store activations, your focus will be simple: make it land and make it count!

Ensure every campaign is properly briefed, scheduled and delivered on time. Develop clear 360 plans across in store, social and local marketing. Work cross functionally to ensure messaging is consistent and commercially focused.
- On The Ground Impact: Stay close to the operation. Spend time in restaurants understanding how campaigns translate in real life. Support store teams and franchise partners with launches and activations. Identify gaps quickly and adjust where needed.
- Vouchers & Incentive Strategy: Design voucher campaigns that drive footfall, repeat visits and measurable sales uplift. Build team incentive mechanics that motivate stores and align with campaign goals.
- Campaign Development & Shoots: Lead campaign development from concept through to launch. Write clear creative briefs and oversee asset production. Manage campaign shoots ensuring content reflects each brand’s identity and feels considered rather than generic.
- Reporting & Insight: Set clear objectives and KPIs for every campaign. Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and market trends. Present insights and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
