Africell, the pan-African mobile telecommunications company, is recruiting an AI Specialist to be based in London, UK.
Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Customer Value Management (CVM) teams to identify high-ROI AI use cases and translate them into production solutions.
Building and deploying models for churn/retention, propensity-to-buy, next-best-offer/action, CLV, uplift modeling, and cross/upsell.
Improving campaign performance through audience selection, budget allocation, offer personalization, and timing/frequency optimization.
Developing customer segmentation (RFM, behavioral clustering, geo/device/value segments) and maintaining segment definitions in CRM/CDP.
Creating pricing and promo analytics: elasticity, discount optimization, bundle recommendations, and competitor impact analysis (where data exists).
You will work with the Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Digital and Customer Value Management teams to achieve the contribution to Africell’s mission of bringing affordable, fast, and secure mobile connectivity to millions of customers across Africa.
