About the Role
We are an exciting innovation company operating across the technology, energy and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team from our private office on the prestigious St George's Hill estate in Weybridge. This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be entrusted with a wide range of executive, administrative and personal support responsibilities while gaining exposure to innovative projects, international business and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Providing comprehensive executive and personal support to senior leadership.
- Managing correspondence, emails, telephone calls and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, document management and information records.
- Liaising with household support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, maintenance contractors and other service providers.
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation.
- Conducting online research and assisting with innovation, technology and business development projects.
- Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Assisting with event planning, expense management and general office administration.
- Providing day-to-day IT support using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other business software.
- Accompanying senior executives on UK and international business travel when required.
- Managing changing priorities and responding positively in a fast-moving environment where flexibility is essential.
About You

- Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Weybridge, St George's Hill or the surrounding Surrey area.
