We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team from our private office on the prestigious St Georges Hill estate in Weybridge. /p p This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

- Managing complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules. /p p
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed /p p itineraries. /p p
- Providing comprehensive executive and personal support to senior leadership. /p p
- Managing correspondence, emails, telephone calls and confidential information with the highest level /p p of discretion. /p p
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, document management and information records. /p p
- Liaising with household support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, maintenance contractors and /p p other service providers. /p p
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation. /p p
- Conducting online research and assisting with innovation, technology and business development /p p projects. /p p
- Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and following up on actions. /p p
- Assisting with event planning, expense management and general office administration. /p p
- Providing day-to-day IT support using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other business software. /p p
- Accompanying senior executives on UK and international business travel when required. /p p
