Our exclusive client based in Preston are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant. The company has gone through a rapid period of growth and due to the increased workload now requires an extra person to join their team.
Duties include:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Chasing overdue accounts
- Allocating payments to customer accounts
- Raising credit notes where necessary
- Raising sales invoices
- Adhoc accounts administration
A good team player is essential for this role as is a good communicator and a methodical worker.
You will also receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, free on site parking and 37.5 hours per week with a flexible start and finish time.
