The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Our client, based in Leyland, is currently looking for an experienced Management Accountant for a minimum of 14 months to cover maternity leave. Starting in June, this will be an integral role within the accounts team and will support the Finance Manager.

  • Preparing monthly management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support the business decision making
  • Reconciling key balance sheet accounts
  • Monitoring and analysing costs, margin and performance
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital
  • Overseeing and supporting the transactional team

You must have experience of working as a management accountant to be considered for this role. You must also have a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, be organised with good time management, have strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator. You need to be immediately available or be on a short notice period.

In return you will be paid a competitive salary, receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to buy 5 more, good pension and free onsite parking.
