Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Data Analyst to join the team and play a key role in delivering actionable insights through robust sales, customer, and stock reporting. This position is essential for maintaining data integrity, optimising operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and analytical expertise, with the ability to manage and enhance reporting systems. Key Responsibilities: Prepare weekly sales reports for the management team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Generate detailed sales and contribution reports to calculate commissions payable. Collaborate with the IT team on transitioning from QlikView to a new reporting platform, ensuring a seamless migration and continued functionality. Provide ad hoc sales reports and analysis to address specific business needs. Track and analyse customer KPI metrics, including lifetime value, conversion rates, trade rates, and lapsed rates, to support management decision-making. Monitor and report trends in active customers to inform strategic planning. Perform daily stock movement reconciliations using data from warehouse management systems, ensuring accuracy for duty payments and management accounts.
