AFP Digital Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Photocopier / Managed Print Service Engineer to join our established and friendly service team. Based in Gildersome, Leeds, we've been delivering exceptional Managed Print Services for 18 years. As an independent, owner-managed business, we've built our reputation on outstanding customer service, technical expertise and long-term relationships with our clients across the North of England.

The Role
- You’ll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining multifunction printers and photocopiers, diagnosing faults, resolving print and network-related issues, and delivering first-class customer service.
- The role is primarily field‑based across the North of England, although we support customers throughout the UK, so occasional overnight stays may be required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced photocopier / MPS service engineer
- Excellent print-related IT and networking skills
- A positive, can‑do attitude with strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Experience with Kyocera or UTAX equipment would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Experience with Ricoh and Konica Minolta devices would also be beneficial
