Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Design Engineer to join our team on-site in Kingston upon Hull, England. The role involves designing and developing innovative products and equipment to support the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Refining product designs
- Creating technical drawings using SolidWorks software
- Collaborating with the engineering team on mechanical and electrical components
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Overseeing product testing and quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Design/Mechanical Engineering and/or Product Design is required
- Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
- Experience with SolidWorks tools and AutoCAD would be beneficial
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control practices
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience or understanding of food processing and medical equipment (Beneficial)
