We are looking for experienced Senior Account Executives with a proven track record of success in closing complex software and IT solution deals. A value-driven sales approach is key. This is a quota-carrying role for ambitious professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are passionate about helping customers drive business transformation.
Your Impact
- Develop deep expertise in Aforza’s products and value proposition
- Drive and close multiple complex sales cycles with precision and accurate forecasting
- Build lasting, executive-level relationships with new and existing customers
- Expand accounts through strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Represent Aforza at industry events and user groups to increase market presence
- Collaborate with Marketing & Pre-Sales to convert opportunities into long-term customers
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and continuously sharpening your skills
Qualifications
- 6+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in B2B software or IT solutions
- Proven history of overachieving targets and closing net new business in competitive markets
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles, with a consultative, value-driven approach
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate enterprise-level deals
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a scale-up environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage customers and attend events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
