The Delivery Manager within the Customer Success Team plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of Aforza solutions to our valued customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and handover. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Aforza implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution consultants, technical architects, developers, and QA engineers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and track project progress against financial targets.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensure adherence to Aforza's delivery methodology and best practices.
- Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions for customers and minimizing disruption to their business operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and influence teams.
