Opportunity
Senior Sales Consultant to lead the team at our Durham store on a full-time (37.5 hour) basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of the sales floor and drive and motivate the team to achieve store sales and KPI\’s.
- Engage with customers and model the principles of our customer service program, providing detailed product knowledge and ensuring our sales consultants have the tools to do the same.
- Use a personalised selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
- Assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience working in retail, as well as experience working at a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve both store and personal KPI\’s.
- High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury, championing our brand values.
- Flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
