Overview

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the team at our Glasgow Store on a full-time (37.5 hour) basis. You will oversee the running of the sales floor, drive and motivate the team to achieve store sales and KPIs, and act as a strong brand ambassador and customer service leader.

As part of the role, you will model the customer service principles, provide detailed product knowledge to customers, and ensure sales consultants have the tools to do the same. You will guide the customer journey from start to finish, delivering sensorium experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of the sales floor and support management in achieving store sales and KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and train the sales team; communicate effectively and motivate others
  • Serve as a brand ambassador; deliver customer service excellence and detailed product knowledge
  • Provide sensorium customer experiences through signature services (e.g., fragrance consultations, hand and arm massages)
  • Assist the team with stock management, replenishment, and store cleanliness

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, with supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve store and personal KPIs
  • High standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury; alignment with brand values
  • Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements
