The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Heathrow, World Duty Free terminal counters. This is a full-time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week. It\’s important to note that World Duty Free is open from 5am – 11pm so your shift times could vary across those hours, including before and after, in order to meet business requirements.
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can- do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
