Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and share comprehensive product knowledge with customers. Employ a personalized selling approach, guiding clients through the entire buying journey, and provide sensorial experiences through fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages. Support the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, confident and approachable. Demonstrate a positive, can‑do attitude and high personal grooming standards. Passion for luxury and commitment to our brand values. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet both store and personal KPIs. Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate of £14.80
