The role: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring our brands to life across packaging, promotional, and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of compelling visual design, from initial concept through to final production, ensuring a seamless transition from creative ideas to fully realized, market-ready assets. You’ll interpret creative briefs to develop multiple innovative concepts, translating them into clear, effective design solutions and adapting them across a variety of formats. Your work will span packaging and promotional materials, as well as digital outputs including social media content, website pages, and ongoing online updates. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker who can combine strong conceptual skills with precise execution, delivering high-quality design that resonates across both physical and digital touchpoints.

What you will do:

  • Creating designs for packaging and/or point of sale, in-store communication, social posts, website page designs and updates and other digital needs on Mac computer.
  • Works with and takes direction from marketers, leadership, and lead designers to fulfil design briefs.
  • Can research outside or inside design resources, brief the resource and direct the resource to enable them to meet the objectives of the request/brief.
  • Present the work of the outsourced resource to the requestor which could include peers or leadership.

What you will need:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience as an in-house Graphic Designer.
  • Consumer Product Goods experience is preferred and beauty experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience understanding the entire design process from concept to commercialization/execution.
  • Experience understanding the inputs and deliverables for each phase of design.
  • Must have a portfolio with a wide range of multi-platform designs.
