The role:
In this role you will support our portfolio of beauty brands across AEMEA. This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering impactful digital, print, and motion content. This role will be focusing on the DACH market and there is a requirement for this person to speak fluent German.
What you will do:
- Adapt and create engaging content for leading German beauty brands.
- Respond to briefs with smart, creative solutions and manage occasional quick‑turnaround projects (including same‑day requests in rare cases).
- Create and/or adapt a range of assets, including:
- E‑commerce content (A+, Brand Stores, secondary assets, etc.)
- Digital and website banners
- Press releases and mailers
- Event collateral
- Print ads and leaflets
What you will need:
- Native German speaker with strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in a design-focused role
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects and/or Premier Pro
Nice to have:
- Photography and videography skills suitable for producing beauty‑focused social media content
- Confident collaborating with external agencies on creative development and production
- Competent using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills (including asset management and file structuring)
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to manage challenging requests and ask for support when needed
- A creative thinker with the passion to bring new ideas to life
