About our role: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Investment Optimization, AEMEA, this role drives measurable improvements in how AEMEA plans, executes, evaluates, and improves digital marketing and commerce investments. The role builds practical capability across markets and partners, strengthens agency performance management, and improves investment governance and measurement in close partnership with Accenture, with a clear focus on business impact and return on investment.
What you will do:
- Build and run a practical “plan, do, check, act” operating rhythm for digital investment across markets, including templates, governance, and decision rules.
- Set measurement standards for performance, including test design, tracking hygiene, dashboards, and learning agendas tied to business outcomes.
- Improve agency performance management: define evaluation criteria, delivery standards, capability gaps, and improvement plans with markets and procurement partners.
- Partner with Accenture to deliver capability building, playbooks, and ways of working that markets can adopt quickly and consistently.
- Support investment planning and prioritisation: build simple business cases, define success metrics, and track benefits realisation.
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders; convert learnings into scalable recommendations and next actions.
What you will need:
- University level education (business, marketing, analytics, technology, or similar).
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, ecommerce, or performance analytics.
- 3+ years delivering measurable growth through testing, measurement, and optimisation.
- Experience working with agencies and consulting partners on delivery and performance outcomes.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and business-first thinking, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable business recommendations and compelling narratives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, using evidence-based approaches, testing, measurement, and optimisation principles to drive business value and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, markets, agencies, external partners, and regional/global headquarters, including close alignment with teams in Japan.
- Proven capability in project management, structured execution, agency management, and performance governance to deliver outcomes with high ownership and accountability.
- Curious, open-minded, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset toward innovation, experimentation, and new ways of working.
