About Our Role

The CRM Assistant will sit within the CRM team and wider marketing department in Molton Brown, working alongside a Senior CRM Co‐ordinator and managed by the CRM Manager. This role supports the execution of the CRM plan by briefing and coordinating the timely delivery of email and SMS communications across UK, US, EU and DE markets, contributing to maximizing conversion of the channel. The individual will be a key user of our email service platform, able to create targeted segments, edit builds, incorporate personalized content and schedule accurately. The role also contributes to driving revenue for the channel, ensuring communications align with brand image, and spotting opportunities in content brainstorming against competitor and market findings. Guided by the Senior CRM Co‐ordinator and CRM Manager, there may also be involvement in assisting the set up of targeted campaigns and collaborating with teams such as creative, copy, customer service and web trading for key deliverables.

What You Will Do

  • Execute emails and SMS as per the calendar; brief, coordinate with creative and copy teams, align communications with brand and trade objectives, finalize set‐up of campaigns with correct segments and schedule based on sign‐off from CRM Manager.
  • Carry out weekly reporting on email and SMS communications; gather results in a clear format and deduce clear learnings and actions.
  • Run the testing tracker to A/B test variables within campaigns and report on results.
  • Contribute to competitor and market research around email best practice and creative/content opportunities.
  • Create and develop personalized content for emails to maximise revenue opportunity and content relevance.

What You Will Need

  • No minimum level qualification required, but a marketing and business degree or qualification preferred.
  • 1+ year's experience in digital marketing.
