Molton Brown is a leading global brand known for its signature fragrances and luxury products.

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Leeds store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 6 hours per week on a 2‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. In addition, you will assist the team with general store‑related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Qualifications

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can‑do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, have the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s, and have flexibility in your working arrangements to suit business requirements.
