Molton Brown, a premium fragrance brand part of Kao, is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Silverburn store in Glasgow. With about 6 months experience in premium retail or fragrance, you will join the Retail Store Management team to guide customers and support daily store operations.
You will act as key support in the absence of management, help drive sales, motivate the team to meet targets and KPIs, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience across our luxury cosmetics portfolio.
